This is the best and easy-peasy grilled salmon recipe and I’m sure it’s going to become your favorite summer-time lunch or dinner!

- 250 grams Salmon , cut into thick pieces
- Salt , to taste
- Black pepper freshly crushed - to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons White Butter
- 1 medium White Onion , finely chopped
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream , or Cooking Cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter , or margarine
- 1 TSP Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 6-8 Mushrooms
- 8-10 floret Broccoli
- 10-12 Cherry tomatoes
- Other vegetables of your Choice like zucchini green / yellow , bell peppers, corn, peas etc..
Step 2: Make White Sauce:
Heat 1 tablespoon of white butter in a non-stick pan. Add white onion and 1 spring of fresh rosemary, mix and sauté till onions turn translucent.
Add white wine vinegar and salt and mix. Add cream, stir to mix and bring to a boil.
Add remaining white butter and mix till it melts. Add some water, stir to mix and bring to a boil. Sprinkle Parmesan and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside. White Sauce is ready!
Step 3: Grill the Salmon and Vegetables
Heat butter and oil in a non-stick grill pan. Add marinated salmon pieces, remaining rosemary sprig, with all vegetables like capsicum, broccoli florets etc..
Sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns and cherry tomatoes and grill. Flip the salmon pieces and continue to grill till they are fully cooked and grill marks appear both on the salmon pieces and the vegetables.
Arrange the grilled vegetables and salmon pieces on a serving platter and pour the prepared white sauce over them.
Grilled Salmon with Vegetables is ready! Serve hot with boiled rice or as is.
