This healthy Chocolate and Peanut-Butter Banana Smoothie is a thick, creamy texture and tons of chocolate-peanut butter flavor. It can be a good Pre/Post Workout meal as well. Let's start making this healthy smoothie.

- 2 Bananas fresh or frozen
- 2 Cups Milk (Almond Milk)
- 2 tablespoons Honey OR to taste
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter OR to taste
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate powder (like Horlicks/Bon Vita or anyother)
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder optional, but gives a nice taste
- Ice cubes as needed
- Chocolate chips to garnish
OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
- 1 Tbsp Flax or Hemp seeds - for added nutrition
- Chocolate Sauce can be dairy-free for drizzling inside the glass
Blend all ingredients well.
Taste the sweetness and chocolate flavor as per your taste. (Adjust if needed).
Add ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle some cocoa powder to garnish OR top with whipped cream.
This recipe serves 1 glass generously. Best when fresh, though leftovers could be frozen into popsicles!
#TIP for thick & creamy smoothie: Bananas, should be frozen for a cold and creamy smoothie.
#Note for Vegans: You can use any dairy-free alternative instead of whole milk like almond milk or coconut milk or soya milk etc..
